1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Growth Plan Only)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee exclusively for our Growth Plan subscription. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment.
To request a refund, email us at enquiries@algo-go.com within the 14-day window. Refunds will not be issued after this period.
2. Digital Products & Licenses (Non-Refundable)
This refund policy does not apply to the following digital purchases:
- AlgoGo AI Trading Machine – Starter Plan (30 days free, then no recurring billing)
- Mastery Plan (one-time lifetime access)
- Partner Label Rights (white-label license)
- Any digital course, guide, or downloadable resource
Once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, these products are considered “used” and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstance.
3. Payment Plans (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime)
Only the Growth Plan includes a subscription and is eligible for the 14-day refund window.
Beyond the 14-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable.
There are no partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, unused time, or early termination after the 14-day window.

By purchasing through algo-go.com, you confirm that:
- You understand and accept this refund policy
- You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes
- Refunds are only applicable to the Growth Plan within the first 14 days of purchase
